What should I give to my father in law for Christmas ?

What to get my father in law for Christams. He is a teacher who is very organized and set in his ways. He never states anything that he wants for any holiday whether it be christmas or birthday.

...not sure how old is your father-in-law, but recently I found that a lot of older people around me have expressed how useful it is to have a digital voice recorder which they can use to record speech, etc. Some of them use it as a reminders. They can record things to do for the next day, then listen to them in the morning so they dont forget.
