I'm not 50 years old yet... but I think 50th marks an important milestone in life. If you want to surprise your guests, maybe do something different that you normally wouldn't do. For example, if you've never sung before the crowd. Then prepare a song to impress your guests. :) something like that. Make them laugh and share your joy.
